Tim North This is an incredibly important project with an incredibly important message. I couldn't be more proud of my friends, specifically Jonathan Diener, for organizing and executing this effort so quickly. This compilation says a lot about the strength, community, and character of the local Flint music scene and the multiple generations of national and international artists involved that are friends of the scene. A lot of great people helped out Flint for this and we are extremely grateful. Favorite track: Not Safe To Drink.

'Not Safe To Drink' would not be possible without the help of many artists, labels, and companies coming together for the greater good. We cannot possibly thank everyone in this space, but a few names that jump to mind include Haulix, who provided promotional support and distribution, as well as Hopeless Records, SideOneDummy Records, Snowbird Songs, Nick Diener (Oneder Studios), Marc Jacob Hudson (Rancho Recordo), Jeff Baker, Kim Rosen (Knack Mastering), Alternative Press, Substream Magazine, and every single person who told someone this compilation exists. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU.
